Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to the Wild Legends ATV Camp! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and follow the rules and guidelines carefully. By joining the camp, you agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with ATV riding.

1. Safety and Protective Gear

  • Mandatory Equipment: All participants must wear appropriate protective gear at all times while riding. This includes:

    • Helmet

    • Gloves

    • Protective jacket or body armor

    • Long pants

    • Sturdy boots

    Riding without proper protective gear is strictly prohibited.

2. Fuel Requirements

  • Each participant is responsible for filling their ATV’s fuel tank either before starting a new trail or at the end of the previous one. The guide will accompany participants to the gas station.

  • Each participant must carry an additional 3-liter fuel container and secure it safely on the ATV to ensure there is enough fuel for the trail.

3. Participation and Responsibility

  • Riding at your own risk: All participants ride ATVs entirely at their own responsibility.

  • Wild Legends is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the camp.

  • Participants must have the physical and mental ability to ride safely and follow instructions from guides and instructors.

  • The ATV must be registered and have all valid documents.

4. Respect for Others and the Environment

  • Respect all fellow riders, camp staff, and guides. Aggressive or reckless behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Ride responsibly and follow the designated trails only. Off-trail riding is prohibited to protect the environment.

  • Dispose of trash properly and leave natural areas clean.

5. General Rules

  • Follow all instructions given by the camp guides.

  • No drugs are allowed during the camp.

  • Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or hazards immediately to a guide or staff member.

Acknowledgment

By participating in Wild Legends ATV Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules and guidelines. You also confirm that you are riding ATVs at your own risk and take full responsibility for your actions during the camp.
