Sports Club Association

The "PE PATRU ROTI" SPORTS CLUB ASSOCIATION is established as a Romanian non-profit legal entity, based on Government Ordinance no. 26/2000 regarding associations and foundations.

The association is an independent legal entity, which shall operate and carry out its activities in accordance with the applicable Romanian law and the provisions of this statute.

Our mission

Our objectives

In order to achieve its stated purpose, the association has the following objectives:

a. To develop and promote the practice of the sports disciplines mentioned in the association’s purpose, in all their forms, without any form of discrimination on political, religious, racial, nationality, gender, or age grounds.

b. To promote the aforementioned sports disciplines through its athletes in national and international competitions.

c. To develop and establish permanent relationships between the SPORTS CLUB ASSOCIATION “PE PATRU ROTI” and relevant sports federations, clubs, and associations, based on autonomy, transparency, and loyalty.

d. To organize sports competitions with the approval of and in compliance with the statutes and regulations of national sports federations.

e. To organize scientific events that support the development of the sports disciplines.

f. To comply with the regulations of the National Anti-Doping Agency and the specific provisions of the National Sports Federations regarding anti-doping measures.

g. To act in the prevention and combating of violence in sports, in accordance with Law No. 4/2008 regarding the prevention and combating of violence during sports competitions and events, and to promote sportsmanship (fair play) and tolerance throughout all sports activities.

h. To promote actions aimed at preventing and combating the use of prohibited substances and illicit methods intended to influence sports results, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 227/2006 regarding the prevention and combating of doping in sports.

i. To comply with the provisions of Law No. 551/2004 regarding the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Sports Discipline.

j. To attract children and young people to the sports field and gym, in a healthy environment, helping to combat school dropout among children from socially vulnerable families, single-parent households, and low-income families, and to support their development as athletes and responsible members of society.

The “PE PATRU ROTI” Sports Club Association is a dynamic non-profit organization driven by a passion for adventure, sport, and environmental responsibility. Our flagship event is an annual ATV competition like no other — a thrilling mix of off-road action, sports education, and forest clean-up, all wrapped into one unforgettable experience.

Our mission goes beyond speed and mud. We aim to:

✅ Promote outdoor sports and healthy lifestyles through responsible ATV riding and community-driven challenges
✅ Educate participants and young people about safety, teamwork, respect for nature, and the benefits of an active life
✅ Protect and preserve our forests by turning every ride into an opportunity to clean up waste and raise awareness about the impact of pollution
✅ Create a community of responsible riders who value the land they ride on and give back to it
✅ Engage volunteers, families, and local communities in a unique event that blends adrenaline with purpose
